Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities in Henderson, NV is seeking a Senior Living Consultant to guide seniors and families through a major life transition and drive occupancy for our Independent Living community.

You will conduct tours, build referral networks, and close rental agreements using CRM tools and a purpose-driven team. The role requires flexibility to work Tue–Sat with some evenings; excellent communication and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in senior living, hospitality, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lead tours.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan with Community Managers to meet occupancy objectives; maintain timely follow-ups and updates in the Prospect Management System, including contact attempt notes.
• Drive meaningful engagement with prospective residents through calls, home visits, and tours to uncover needs, overcome objections, and build trust.
• Grow the lead base through proactive outreach to senior living influencers and community partners and participate in events.
• Participate in leadership meetings to address resident needs and support business goals; provide regular updates on prospect activity.
• Secure signed rental agreements and complete move-in documentation; manage deposits.
