Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is seeking a Senior Living Consultant to guide seniors and families through the transition to our Independent Living community, driving occupancy with personalized tours and engagement. The role emphasizes credibility, warm interactions with seniors and their families, and building strong referral networks.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in senior living, hospitality, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and listening skills when engaging with seniors and families.
• Willing to work Tuesday-Saturday, plus evenings and events.
• Able to lead tours and travel within the community; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan with Community Managers and Field Support Leadership to meet occupancy goals.
• Drive meaningful engagement with prospective residents through calls, home visits, and tours to uncover needs and objections.
• Grow the lead base through outreach to senior living influencers and partners; participate in events to create opportunities.
• Participate in leadership meetings, provide updates on prospect activity, and support business goals.
• Secure signed rental agreements, complete move-in documentation, and collect required deposits.
