Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manages day-to-day operations of the account.
• Conducts HR functions including hiring and counseling.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training.
• Maintains relationships with customers, guests and clients.
• Works with the Chef and management on menus and programs.
