Morrison Living is seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a senior living community account, reporting to the Regional VP. Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership are essential to ensure superior food quality and outstanding service.

The role requires budgeting, team development, client relations, and collaboration with culinary and marketing teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Experience managing a budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manages day-to-day operations of the account.
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training.
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and client.
