Morrison Living is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a senior living community account. The role demands strong leadership, superb communication, and the ability to manage budgets and menus with the culinary team.

The GM will drive guest satisfaction, deliver high-quality food, coordinate with the regional VP, and mentor the local team to ensure superior service and operations.

Qualifications

• Five years of foodservice operation experience.
• Previous experience managing a budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting pertaining to the account.
• Manages overall day-to-day operations of the account.
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training.
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client and other departments.
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food.
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team.
