Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Proven success in meeting financial goals in senior living, long-term care, hospitality, or related fields.
• Experience recruiting, training, and developing team members; performance management expectations.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations of the community with full profit and loss responsibility.
• Recruiting, hiring, development, and performance management of the team.
• Lead sales and customer service with focus on high performance and census growth.
• Develop and manage community budgets and capital requirements, including forecasting.
