Job summary

Atria Senior Living in the United States is seeking an Executive Director to lead the community's day-to-day operations with full P&L responsibility. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of operations management, plus a valid driver’s license.

You will recruit and train a high-performing team, drive sales and occupancy, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a safe, engaging resident experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of operations management experience with demonstrated success in meeting financial and sales goals preferred.
• Ability to become licensed as an administrator for assisted living where required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the community's day-to-day operations with full profit and loss responsibility.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team of leaders across sales, care, hospitality, and resident engagement.
• Develop and implement sales, occupancy, revenue, and expense control strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and maintain a safe living environment.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and manage budgets, capital plans, and community objectives.
