Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director to lead the community's day-to-day operations, including full profit and loss responsibility, while building a high-performing team focused on sales, care, hospitality, and resident engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, 3–5 years of operations management experience, and the ability to become licensed as an administrator where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related subject.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations management with demonstrated success in meeting financial and sales goals preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and may drive company or personal vehicle.
• Position requires compliance with motor vehicle policy standards and Travel Policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the community's day-to-day operations with full profit and loss responsibility.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team across sales, care, hospitality, and resident engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies for labor, occupancy growth, revenue, and expense control; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster high customer satisfaction and a safe living and working environment.
• Oversee budgeting, capital requirements, and liaison with support center resources.
