Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge for Landon Ridge Sugar Land Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will greet residents and visitors, manage the front desk, and ensure smooth phone and mail communications to project a professional image.

In this PRN role, you will support shifts as needed, assist all staff at the front desk, and help maintain a welcoming, secure lobby for a community that values Residents First and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Direct calls and manage the reception area to maintain a professional image.
• Take messages as appropriate and ensure effective communications.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds around the community for security procedures.
• Provide basic information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
