Job summary

Spectrum Acquisition Partners, a private national developer of senior housing, seeks a Manager, FP&A in Denver, CO. You own day-to-day budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for Spectrum's portfolio, partnering with accounting, capital markets, and operations.

Responsibilities include leading budgeting cycles, collaborating on proposals, producing management reporting, performing variance and profitability analysis, delivering revenue and workforce analytics, and supporting strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally with a multi-site operator.
• Extensive FP&A software experience; Vena experience highly desired; Vena template design experience beneficial.
• Demonstrated ownership of budgeting and forecasting cycles and partnerships with operating leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day budgeting and forecasting across assigned operating regions and the corporate function.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure future strategies, project proposals, and business plans are included in annual budget and rolling forecast.
• Produce standard and ad hoc management reporting and drive monthly reporting package and decision support.
• Lead variance, business, and profitability analysis; explain drivers behind results.
• Deliver revenue, cost, and workforce analytics; support operations analysis and operating reviews.
• Serve as FP&A partner to Executive Directors and Regional Directors of Operations in assigned regions.
• Support target setting and business portfolio management.
• Conduct pricing analysis and support pricing and service offering decisions.
• Provide cash flow analysis and cost analytics to inform margin and NOI decisions.
• Build and maintain Vena reports and templates used by leadership.
