Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive accounting/FP&A experience (7+ preferred).
• NetSuite ERP experience.
• Vena or similar reporting system experience.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership on financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting.
• Present monthly financial reports and variance analyses to executives.
• Improve financial processes through data-driven insights.
• Support long-range planning and cross-functional collaboration (Accounting, IT, Customer Service, Commercial).
• Assist with close process (revenue, AR, deferred revenue) and annual audit prep.
