Spectrum is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to transform financial data into actionable insights and drive business results. The role blends budgeting, planning, and analysis to shape Spectrum’s financial strategies and optimize performance.

The position is in a hybrid office setting with eligibility to work from home up to one day per week, requiring strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve key objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of business planning, financial analysis or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor budgets while overseeing re-forecasting activities to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Develop and interpret financial concepts to implement planning and control measures across Spectrum.
• Prepare and review comprehensive reports and analyses to support operational decisions.
• Analyze data trends in operational budget spend to help teams meet Key Performance Indicators.
• Build and deploy financial models to forecast results and identify cost savings opportunities.
• Create operating expense reforecasts and conduct variance analysis and reporting.
• Perform monthly reviews of financial statements to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Educate and recommend changes to accounting operations policies and procedures.
• Drive process improvements by implementing best practices in forecasting, budgeting and management reporting, including automation where possible.
• Partner with functional leaders to identify and realize cost savings across Spectrum.
