Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated MBK Fitness Assistant Instructor to develop, plan, and lead group fitness and Wellness Programs for residents and guests. You will deliver activities balancing training with brain fitness in a compassionate senior-focused community.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1+ year experience with older adults, First Aid/CPR, and a schedule of Mon-Fri, 8:00 pm–4:30 pm with a pay range of $23.00–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Physical Education, Recreational Therapy, Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, or Gerontology, or the equivalent combination of work experience, required.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive, safe atmosphere for older adults to grow physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually.
• Plans, coordinates, implements, and directs all Group Fitness Classes within the community.
• Plans, coordinates, implements, and directs all Personal Fitness training within the community.
