BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Per Diem Fitness Specialist to lead scheduled exercise classes for residents in a Senior Living Community, helping maintain and improve positive fitness levels. You will join BAYADA's Senior Living Team, contributing to a continuum of care and applying your fitness expertise to older adults.

Required qualifications include a Fitness Instructor certification (ACSM/NSCA/ACE/IDEA/SFA), a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field, and at least one

Qualifications

• Certification as a Fitness Instructor through an accredited national organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Fitness Specialist, preferably in a senior services setting.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead scheduled group exercise classes for residents in Senior Living Communities, focusing on flexibility, cardio, strength, balance and standing exercises.
• Develop fitness classes to promote positive fitness levels for a senior population.
