MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Fit Instructor to develop, plan, and lead group fitness and wellness programs for residents and guests. You will ensure activities balance education and physical health within a supportive senior living community.

The role requires knowledge of senior health, CPR/First Aid, and a passion for coaching older adults through MBKFit activities. A 21+ age requirement and confidence in Microsoft Office are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, PE, recreational therapy, group fitness, or gerontology.
• First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and direct group fitness and wellness programs for residents and guests.
• Demonstrate safe, engaging fitness activities and monitor participant safety.
• Maintain records, budgets, and attendance for MBKFit programs.
• Promote MBKFit goals and advertise classes to residents and community.
