Job summary

CRISTA Senior Living is seeking a Senior Finance Business Director to oversee day-to-day financial operations and partner with operations on analytics and strategy.

You will lead budgeting, forecasts, capital planning, reporting, and compliance, providing insight to senior leaders and guiding resource allocation.

The role requires a strong Christian faith, MBA preferred, and experience in healthcare or senior living, with a track record of building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or related field.
• Five years as a business/finance manager in senior living or healthcare.
• Five years budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and operational finance.
• Three years managing teams, projects or operations.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership for strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with healthcare and/or senior services industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget development, forecasts, and financial reporting for Senior Living.
• Provide analytics to support operational decision-making and strategy.
• Oversee month-end close and reconciliations with CRISTA systems.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance analyses.
• Coach and develop the Finance team; drive process improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal control effectiveness.
