• Strong financial oversight and HR management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned departments.
• Complete projects and initiatives from administrator.
• Act as back-up to administrator when absent.
• Participate in facility, division, and system meetings.
• Manage budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure facility compliance with laws, regulations and policies.
• Perform HR functions for direct reports and related duties.
• Ensure resident and family satisfaction with care and services.
