Responsibilities

• Directly oversees clinical team and operations of the assisted living facility.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and standards of care.
• Maintains accounts receivable at 45 days.
• Facilitates department meetings and informs staff on current events.
• Coordinates activities with other departments to meet resident care needs.
