Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in maintenance engineering.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proven knowledge of technical terms used in HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical.

Responsibilities

• Supervise vendors and subcontractors.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and overall schedules.
• Operate and manage all aspects of the Building Management Systems.
