Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of maintenance or facilities experience.
• Understanding of building systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and light housekeeping throughout the community.
• Submit service requests for repairs in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, painting and carpentry.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call maintenance as required.
• Maintain safety, OSHA, and life-safety standards.
