Job summary

Provincial Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager for a hands-on, single-community role. You will oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and building systems while contributing to the leadership team.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of maintenance experience, strong HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge, and the ability to manage work orders, budgets, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge.
• Experience managing work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness
• Respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required
• Coordinate vendors and support maintenance-related services
• Monitor maintenance budgets, supplies, and expenses
• Support housekeeping and community operations as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
