Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a full-time Manager, Maintenance in West Chester Township, OH. You will organize and execute maintenance and repair of the community and physical plant, with focus on preventive schedules and system reliability.

The role requires at least 2 years in property maintenance, strong knowledge of building systems, and the ability to wear a NIOSH-approved respirator if needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a property maintenance role.
• Advanced knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical).
• Able to wear a NIOSH-approved respirator if required by regulations or Spectrum policy.

Responsibilities

• Establish and follow a preventative maintenance schedule for systems (HVAC, elevator, fire life safety, generators, kitchen equipment, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and identify issues with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
• Utilize Yardi work order system to manage maintenance issues.
• Ensure community vehicles are maintained and drivers have required credentials.
• Adhere to on-call requirements for emergency repairs.
