Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and keeps maintenance records.
• Conducts building and equipment repairs per work orders.
• Carries out fire safety equipment tests as directed.
• Inspects building systems and logs findings.
• Coordinates maintenance with department managers to avoid downtime.
• Executes basic carpentry, drywall, flooring and painting as needed.
• Maintains building in good repair and compliant with laws.
