Qualifications

• Demonstrated HVAC repair experience required.
• Intermediate skillset in electric and plumbing repair highly desired.
• Knowledge of water heaters, generators, and commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain maintenance records.
• Perform building and equipment repairs per work orders.
• Conduct fire safety equipment tests.
• Inspect building systems as scheduled and log findings.
• Maintain the building in good repair and compliance with laws.
