Job summary

The W Group in New York is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead upkeep and repair operations across our facilities. You will train staff, supervise a maintenance team, and ensure safety and compliance in all trades including carpentry, plumbing and electrical.

• Experience in building maintenance and repairs.
• Experience as Maintenance Worker in an Assisted Living Facility is a plus.
• Ability to supervise and coach maintenance staff.
• Ability to interact with residents respectfully and with dignity.

• Conduct regular facility tours to ensure safety compliance.
