• Basic construction and repair skills.

Aufgaben

• Handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, lighting, sheetrock, flooring, and painting.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents (cleaning, minor repairs, turnover).
• Tour the facility and grounds to catch safety issues early.
• Maintain storage and organization of supplies; report malfunctions immediately.
• Assist with community activities and events when needed.
• Be immediately available when required.
