Job summary

Glen Park Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping & Maintenance Manager to lead cleaning, sanitation, safety, and facility upkeep across the assisted living campus. You will supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure resident rooms and common areas meet high standards.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and experienced in managing staff and facility operations, with a strong commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and sanitising rooms to varying requirements.
• Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and operate various equipment.
• Ability to adapt to different situations and adjust workflows to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Inspect facilities and coordinate routine and preventive maintenance.
• Report repairs or replacements as needed.
• Assign daily duties and ensure adequate staffing.
• Provide ongoing training on cleaning procedures and safety.
• Monitor performance and enforce policies.
• Maintain grounds and exterior areas in a safe condition.
