• In-depth knowledge of building operations including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, environmental and life-safety systems.
• Experience leading maintenance or facilities operations in large residential or senior living environments.
• Develop, manage, and ensure completion of comprehensive preventative maintenance programs.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills with clear delegation and accountability.
