The role requires strategic planning, budget stewardship, and strong communication with residents and staff to deliver exceptional living environments.

Qualifications

• Deep technical understanding of repairs and preventative maintenance for heating, plumbing and environmental systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to prioritize, decide and act with urgency while maintaining quality.
• Proven independence and teamwork capability with fiscal responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Oversee repairs, preventative maintenance and capital item replacements.
• Plan budgets, expenses and project timelines.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues; coordinate with leadership.
