Job summary

Aramark SeniorLIFE+ in Rochester, MI leads two senior living communities. As Multi-Unit Facilities Director you will oversee daily operations, maintenance, safety, and vendor management across both campuses, ensuring compliant, efficient, and welcoming environments for residents and staff.

You will coach client-employed teams, manage budgets, coordinate improvements, and uphold OSHA and infection prevention standards while traveling up to 50% in the Rochester/Bloomfield Hills area.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher preferred.
• 3–5 years in facilities, maintenance, or operations management, preferably healthcare or regulated environment.
• Current facilities-related certifications, or ability to obtain required certifications.
• Experience with HVAC/refrigeration or MEP trades preferred.
• Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, boilers, chillers, generators, and PM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for two senior living facilities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead client-employed teams and coordinate staffing, training, and performance management.
• Manage budgets, vendor selection, and cost control for maintenance and projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, infection prevention, OSHA, and regulatory standards.
• Drive facility improvements and manage workplace services across sites.
