Baruch Senior Ministries seeks a Regional Operations Director to lead and optimize service at multiple Assisted Living locations in Michigan, with frequent site-to-site traveling. You will drive efficiency, uphold standards, and partner with Administrators to implement policies that enhance care, engagement, and performance across all locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in assisted living operations with a strong understanding of clinical operations.
• Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and influence positive change at multiple sites.
• Knowledge of licensing regulations and experience ensuring compliance through audits and policy development.
• Strong strategic planning abilities coupled with excellent communication skills to articulate vision and motivate teams.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and improve operational outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.

This position requires frequent traveling and is primarily on the road traveling from site to site.
