Job summary

Aramark SeniorLIFE+ is seeking a Multi-Unit Facilities Director to oversee daily operations, safety, and maintenance for two senior living facilities in the Rochester area. You will manage light maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry, while coordinating vendor work and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead client-employed teams, develop budgets, and drive cost efficiencies. Travel up to 50% to Rochester and Bloomfield Hills locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• 3–5 years in facilities, maintenance, or operations management in regulated environments.
• Current facilities-related certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Experience with HVAC/refrigeration or MEP trades preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, generators) and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across two facilities including light maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Manage vendor relationships, scope definitions, scheduling, and quality control.
• Lead client-employed teams across two buildings, set workloads and performance expectations.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and drive cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, infection prevention, and applicable regulations.
• Plan and implement facility improvement projects and workplace initiatives.
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and training with client leadership.
