Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher preferred.
• 3–5 years in facilities, maintenance, or operations, ideally healthcare or senior living.
• Current facilities certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Experience with HVAC/refrigeration or MEP trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for light maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry services.
• Coordinate vendor management, scopes, schedules, and QA.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and infection prevention compliance.
• Manage budgets and support cost control initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and client relationships across two buildings.
