Job summary

Sagora Senior Living's Lynridge of Waco community seeks a Business Director to oversee all accounting, human resources, and business office activity, in coordination with the Executive Director and corporate accounting team.

You will handle AP/AR, payroll, resident statements, vendor relations, and budgeting within the community, supervise front desk staff, and support management and Home Office. Sagora offers comprehensive benefits and a Great Place to Work certification.

Qualifications

• Strong AP/AR and payroll experience required.
• Experience in HR duties and associate benefits preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in bookkeeping or office manager/coordinator position.
• Proficiency with MS Office; valid driver's license advised.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• AP and AR for the community
• Maintaining associate files and assisting with new hire paperwork
• Generate resident statements and maintain accounts
• Generate payroll semi-monthly and maintain PTO records
• Operate department within budgetary guidelines
• Assist management and Home Office staff
• Address resident concerns regarding bills and accounts
• Supervise front desk staff
• Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned
• Work with management and department heads to market and manage the community
