Job summary

Allegro Winter Park, a premier independent and assisted living community, seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead operations, drive census, and develop a high-caliber team in Winter Park, Florida.

The ED will own the community’s performance, ensuring resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and financial success while upholding Allegro’s standard of excellence. Strong leadership and a passion for seniors are essential.

Qualifications

• Florida CORE License (Executive Director License) is required.
• Proven experience as a senior living Executive Director or senior operations leader in Independent and Assisted Living.
• Strong track record of census growth, team development, and regulatory compliance.
• Financial acumen and experience managing community budgets.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Genuine passion for seniors and commitment to delivering quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the most senior role in the community with responsibility for all sales, capital, and operations.
• Ensure quality, care, resident satisfaction, associate satisfaction, and regulatory compliance; monitor KPIs.
• Manage, educate, and develop all associates under direct/indirect supervision.
• Focus on financial objectives through budgeting, trend analysis, rate optimization, and team support.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, training, motivation, and evaluation of staff; implement rewards programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable requirements; travel as needed.
• Other duties as assigned per full job description.
