Job summary

Allegro Living, LLC seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead Allegro Winter Park, a premier senior living community in Winter Park, FL. The ED will own community operations, drive census growth, build strong teams, and uphold Allegro's standard of excellence.

Licensed IL/AL leadership with a proven track record in both Independent and Assisted Living is required, along with financial acumen and outstanding communication and leadership skills. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Minimum associates degree or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years experience in assisted living, memory care, and/or skilled nursing management if a Community with assisted living/memory care; for independent living, minimum three (3) years in retirement community management.
• Must have proven supervisory experience.
• Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace, associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the most senior role in the Community, with responsibility for all sales, capital, and operations.
• Ensure quality, care, resident satisfaction, associate satisfaction, and financial responsibility, adhering to KPIs and policies.
• Manage, educate, and develop all associates under direct and indirect supervision.
• Focus on financial objectives through budgeting, trend analysis, rate optimization, and team support.
• Direct recruiting, hiring, and training of all Community personnel, plus motivating, supervising, and evaluating staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and Company policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.
