Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

• Track record of managing budgets and achieving financial goals.
• Customer-service oriented leadership with a focus on resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day community operations with focus on resident experience.
• Build relationships with residents, families and community partners.
• Recruit, develop, coach, motivate and retain a high-performing team.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance and operational goals.
• Develop strategies to support occupancy and growth.
• Partner with residents and staff to identify improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a visible, approachable leader within the community.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
