Job summary

Lifespace Communities is seeking an Executive Director for a premier senior living community in Pennsylvania. You will lead resident services, healthcare operations, hospitality, dining, sales, and financial performance, guiding a large leadership team with visibility, empathy, and energy.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 7+ years in a similar ED/Administrator role, and a track record of elevating resident experience and occupancy while building a strong culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in CCRC/Life Plan settings.
• 7+ years of Executive Director/Administrator experience in a CCRC/Life Plan.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full community operations, resident services, healthcare operations, dining, and sales.
• Lead high-performing leadership teams and drive occupancy, revenue, and financial performance.
• Foster relationships with residents, families, and staff to sustain engagement.

What You’ll Do

As Executive Director, you'll oversee the full operation of the community, leading teams across resident services, healthcare operations, hospitality, dining, sales, financial performance, and team engagement. You will:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing leadership team
• Drive operational excellence and resident satisfaction
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational metrics
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and team members
