Ivy Park at Hayward, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking an Executive Director RCFE in Hayward, CA. The role leads daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and resident services to ensure exceptional care and occupancy goals.

The Executive Director will hire and supervise staff, manage budgets, and maintain regulatory compliance while fostering a warm, engaging environment for residents and families. California RCFE expertise is required.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of college and at least three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly.
• A valid California RCFE Certification or Licensed Nursing Home Executive Director.
• Prefer five years of experience supervising and managing employees.
• Able to operate a personal computer and use MS Office programs.

• Oversee daily operations and overall management of the community.
• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor, and supervise staff per policy.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and budget compliance.
• Represent the property to residents, families, and the Corporation.
