Oakmont Management Group, managing Ivy Park at Los Gatos in California, seeks an Executive Director RCFE to lead the community’s daily operations and staff. The role focuses on occupancy, budgeting, compliance, and delivering a high-quality senior living experience.

The position offers a base salary range of $160,000 to $180,000 with a competitive performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Completion of two years of college and at least three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly.
• A valid California RCFE Certification or Licensed Nursing Home Executive Director.
• Prefer five years of experience supervising and managing employees.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to manage budgets and monitor occupancy and financial reports.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations and management of the community in line with policies and regulations.
• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule, and supervise staff.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance.
• Represent the property to residents, families, and the corporation.
• Create a supportive, enjoyable lifestyle for residents.
