Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking an Executive Director for a Milpitas RCFE community. The role oversees day-to-day operations, staff, occupancy, and financial performance while ensuring compliance and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidate will have RCFE certification or ED license, plus supervisory experience, and be adept at coordinating with residents, families, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Two years of college and at least three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly or equivalent education/experience per the Department of Social Services.
• Valid California RCFE certification or Licensed Nursing Home Executive Director required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule and supervise staff.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance.
• Represent the property to residents, families, the Corporation, and the community.
• Create a supportive and enjoyable lifestyle for residents.
