Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; minimum two to four years of leadership experience or equivalent education.
• Valid administrator license in states where required and a valid driver’s license with access to a private vehicle for business use.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills to oversee resident care, operations, budgeting, and staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance for Brookdale communities.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets in coordination with regional leadership.
• Ensure high-quality resident care, satisfaction, and retention through proactive leadership and problem solving.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; enforce company policies and standards across departments.
• Represent the community with governmental agencies, community groups, and partners.
