Delaney at the Vale in Woburn, MA, seeks an experienced Director of Life Enrichment to lead the activity and engagement programs for residents. You will coordinate varied activities, transportation, calendars, and newsletters to enhance quality of life in a vibrant senior living community.

Ideal candidates hold a recreation therapy degree or Activity Director certification, with at least three years of leadership in senior living or event planning, plus strong interpersonal and computer skills.

Qualificações

• Degree in recreational therapy or Activity Director Certification required.
• Three years’ experience in senior living and/or event planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Three years’ experience leading a team.
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and direct a wide range of activities to meet resident needs.
• Coordinate transportation for events and programs.
• Manage Activities department including Transportation.
• Hire and supervise contract personnel for entertainment and events.
• Publish monthly calendars and distribute information about events.
