You will drive resident care excellence, staff engagement, and financial performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe, enriching environment.

Qualifications

• Requires customer service excellence and public relations skills.
• Experience serving seniors in a leadership role within a senior living environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, occupancy, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all community departments and operations.
• Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and resident-centered care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain quality standards across the community.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the Bryant community.
• Lead and develop department managers; drive occupancy, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Oversee financials, budgets, and performance metrics to meet targets.
