• California RCFE certification or LNHE license required or equivalent.
• Prefer five years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community in accordance with company policies and standards.
• Hire, evaluate, coordinate, supervise staff and monitor performance.
• Achieve budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance.
• Represent the property to residents, families, the Corporation, and external agencies, ensuring a high-quality senior living experience.
