Qualifications

• State-specific Assisted Living Administrator certification may be required.
• 3+ years as Executive Director or Administrator in senior living.

• Oversee all operations of the community, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead budgeting, financial planning, and profitability initiatives.
• Direct sales and marketing to drive occupancy growth and resident satisfaction.
