Job summary

Trustwell Living in Sequim, WA is seeking an Executive Director to lead an assisted living community, overseeing operations, quality care, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction while driving growth. Relocation is required for out-of-area applicants within 30 days, with relocation assistance provided.

• Proven financial management skills and experience managing budgets.
• Experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving occupancy targets.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field, or a combination of experience and education, will be considered.
