Era Living seeks an Executive Director to lead one premier retirement community, Aljoya Thornton Place, ensuring high-quality resident care. This role drives strategic operations, staff leadership, and fiscal performance while promoting Era Living’s mission and values in all interactions.

You will oversee sales/census, regulatory compliance, and service delivery, partnering with residents, staff, and leadership to sustain exceptional care and community vitality.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a management role overseeing staff and operations.
• Experience with fiscal responsibility and business strategy.
• Knowledge of long-term care and community-based services.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour leadership for overall community operations.
• Lead strategic planning to meet financial objectives.
• Oversee sales, marketing, and census goals attainment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all agencies.
• Develop systems for efficient service and care delivery.
• Engage with state/national organizations for best practices.
