Era Living, LLC is seeking an Executive Director to lead Aljoya Mercer Island, a premier retirement community with high occupancy. You will oversee operations, care delivery, and staff performance while aligning with Era Living’s mission and values.

This is a full-time leadership position offering significant responsibility and a strong benefits package. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in operations management in senior housing or related hospitality, plus a relevant degree and state

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in Operations Management in retirement-living, assisted-living or related hospitality industries; required.
• Bachelor's degree (health-related, business, or gerontology) preferred.
• Current certification as specified by state agency or ability to obtain certification within state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24-hour operations leadership for a high occupancy retirement community.
• Drive sales and marketing efforts to meet census goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with city, state, and federal standards.
