Job summary

Stellar Senior Living in Redmond, WA seeks a full-time Executive Director to lead Overlake Terrace Assisted Living & Memory Care. The ED will oversee overall operations, growth, and the community’s profitability while upholding Stellar’s standards.

• Licensed Assisted Living Administrator required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven track record as an Executive Director in senior living or long-term care.
• Proven history of leading communities to full occupancy.
• Expertise across operations, care, customer service, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the community's operations, growth, and profitability.
• Direct all operational, administrative, health & wellness, HR, customer service, and fiscal activities.
• Achieve stabilized occupancy through marketing and resident engagement.
• Foster a compassionate, excellence-driven community culture.
• Develop and retain department heads through coaching and development.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and partners.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to stay ahead of industry trends.
